procomp/bilstein comparison

i have been wondering what kind of lift to buy.i dnt want anything to crazy but capably. does anyone have any input?the twoihave narrowed it down to are the procomp 3inch lift with AAL or the bilsteins adjustable 5100s with 886s coils? i would like to steal some of your just knowlege on thes two after market lifts. pros and cons for both, longevity, ride and ease of installation. can anyone help me out?

Can't speak for the 3" kit, but I have had the 6" Pro Comp lift on my 2005 Tacoma 4x4 for over 80K miles with ZERO problems. Drive it everyday, wheel it about 2x a month when I'm free from work
