Question AAL for a second gen?

Hey guys I just put the redilift on my truck to level it out with and threw some OpenCountry AT's on it. but now the back of my truck sits like an inch or so lower... like a prerunner... I am not a huge fan, will an AAL help i know that the TSB supposedly helps bring the back up a bit but i have an 08 and i dont qualify.

so i guess i am wondering is the AAL worth it? i am getting quotes for it installed around 175ish?

also will it level my truck out?

any input appreciated

Thanks,

BeeHunt

that would be fine... if it does... i just dont like the bed being lower then the hood.... if was going to build a prerunner truck it would be cool but i really just want it to sit level...

any adives is good and if the AAL is 2" then i am okay with it...

THanks for the input though

Yeah, I know the toytec AAL is a 2" lift. thats what I got. My rear is just under an inch higher then the front, ofcourse I added a 1" block to get it higher, because I did 3 inches in the front. But you can e-mail toytec and ask them about your truck.

I dont care for the baja look eather, I like the rear higher or level too.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine.

I had a couple of AAL's made from a spring shop that gave me 1" of lift in the rear. They are longer, so they dont hurt the ride like a short AAL will. I also had more arch put into the driver side to accomodate the extra weight of the fuel tank, Me, and what ever. Cost was about the same as buying an AAL already made, though I cant remember what I paid. AN AAL is the best way to get some lift for the rear, as long as it is only 2.5" or less.
