Question 3.5" Lift???

Anyone heard of a 3.5" lift that Toyota installs for our trucks. Met some dude at a local parking lot, we got to talking about our trucks. He briefly mentioned that he got his lift installed at dealer but had to go with 3.5" cause toyota will only do that or 6" and stay under warranty.

How accurate is this. And who makes the 3.5"?

No such thing.

Maybe He meant 2.5"?

Either way, there is no Toyota lift. Most dealers around here do a cheap spacer lift, put chrome wheels on, and charge $5,000 for it.

there are coil overs that give you a 3.5 lift if you max them out all the way. but i never heard of the dealer doing it either.

Total Chaos makes 3.5" lift spindles. http://www.chaosfab.com/toyaccess_05taco.html

Most dealers, in TX at least, send your truck to a custom shop to put the lift on and they mark up the price.
