If I get 33" tires, would I have to get a new UCA to prevent rubbing?

I have read that 33" tires rub the stock UCA. Just want to be sure before I buy a new UCA. What other benefits, besides alignment , will I get with a new UCA.

They can handle more abuse. You could also get spacers or rims with different back spacing and not have to get a new uca but I believe you may have issues with the body mount.

i have 285 75s on mine with a 3in spacer lift and the only rubbing it a slight bit halfway through the turn cycle on the front part of the fender well. it also might depend on the tire. i have the wrangler duratracs
