Hey guys, I'm new to the forums, but have tried to read up a lot on lifts. I have an '05 tacoma with the sr5 package (non pre-runner). I would like to lift my truck to stock pre-runner height or a little higher. I would also like to maintain the best ride possible as my truck is a daily driver. I appreciate any opinions/insight you guys may have. Thanks!

Invest into some Bilstein 5100 Shocks. There adjustable up to 2.5" of lift for the front. You'd need a Add a leaf for the rear lift. I beleive if you were to set em at 1.5" it'd take the rake outta your truck and beef up the front end a lil bit...hope this helps :)

I think he's saying he has a 5-lug, so billy's wouldn't be an option, right?

I think readylift and fat bob's garage make lifts for 5-lugs.

Thanks for the help so far guys. So if I were to get the spindles, would that allow me to do the Bilstein 5100 setup?

^ the standard 5100s w/ adjustable lift that a lot of guys do here will not fit your truck because the front suspension is completely different than the 4x4/prerunner 6lug suspension.
