Will shocks help my ride?

    hey guys i have the spacer lift on my 09 sport and was wondering if the 5100 will improve my ride or will it still be very stiff and bumpy? I have the stock shocks on there now and im just now starting to get into more 4 wheeling and i dont really trust the shocks on there right now, any help would be much appreciated thank you!

    They will help the ride offroad but will probably feel pretty stiff on road.

    It will make your ride better. Definitely better than the spacer lift.

    alright thanks guys, what about wheel spacers, anyone use those or should i just spend a lot of money on getting rims with the different backspacing?

    Lose the spacer lift and get the 5100s, will ride much, much better.

    A lot of people run the Spidertrax. Most people just run wheels with 4.5 or less backspacing. 4.5 seems the be the norm because it makes the wheel flush with the fender flares.

    Some people hate spacers. Some people love em. Others don't care about them.

    If you put it on the highest setting and do some trimming I BELIEVE you should be okay.

    hmmm well thats good, and the reason i asked about the wheel spacers is cause my VSC kicks in when i go around corners due to rubbing on the UCA's or rubbing on something and i would like to pull them away from those to see if it would help

    Look into coil lifts too, I personally think they will ride better then spring preload

    yeah i am just trying to figure out a way to make my truck as solid as i can get it without spending too much money but looks like im gonna have to put more into it than i want, any thoughts of what else could be triggering my VSC? i went and got it re-calibrated but its still turning on around turns going about 30mph
