Hi! I bought front and rear shocks for my 04 Taco . I would like to ask you two questions: 1. front shocks are brand new but did not come with dust covers ?? I can not find them separate anywhere. Is it ok to install shocks with no protection? 2. when I compress rear shocks all the way down , old shock is about 2" shorter than new Bilstein 5100. I am not sure if I can install it like this. My 4WD 04 Taco has no lift , I just installed ARB front bumper today and wanted to level it with new shocks , but I am not sure about it. Thank you very much for any help. Rob

My new shocks look like these : http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/96-0...020QQitemZ300231025088QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW
