Lift problems

I just got a Procomp 3" lift and 33's from 4 wheel parts and the ABS goes off when coner above 40mph (on/off ramps) and the alignment seems off. They were supposed to do an alignment with the lift. Has anyone experienced anything like this. I'm taking it in on monday but wanted to see what might be up.

Click on the link to the pdf. This can be done with a short peice of copper wire (SST Method). No need for the dealer to rape your wallet here.

Note: Step 4 on page 3 says using the intelligent tester. This is a typo, should say SST Method.

If you think you messed it up just turn the ignition off and wait a minute or two. Will automatically reset back to previous settings and no harm will be done.

 

Unlike Procomps claim that you do not need to run uca's. Youll need to get them to correct alignment.

Good to hear. I take no credit for that, just had to do it myself and found it on here. All credit to OP of above info. Just FYI, that may not completely fix it so be cautious with high speed corners.

 

you do need to get UCA's for your lift. i also have the same problem

 

How Is the pro comp lift ? Any vibes?ride good

 

With the exception of the alignment problem, that should be taken care of with new UCA's, it rides great.
