I've been thinking of getting another set of spindles an extend them about an inch or two by cutting it somewhat near the top of it and welding a thick piece of tubing and gusset the side and reinforcing it.

Another question if I do this will it change the geometry of the spindle in anyway?

Thanks for any input from anyone
    Jon

I'd never do it... If you want an extra inch of lift, add some Bilstein 5100's up front set to .85".

I already have the saw 2.5 and I wana get spindles but I wana get the tc 3.5inch spindles but there to expensive that's why if I could find some stock spindles I would try it and maybe get some chromoly tubing and add like 2 inch to the stock spindle my biggest worry is if the geometry would change

now that I think about it, would that do anything? besides move the uca up?
the TC spindles have the hub located lower than the stock one (also why you cant use on 4x4)
that's where you get the lift from.
