I was wondering would lift kit would i go if it was only 2.5 should i do 5100 billies all around with stock coils or 5100 billies with ome 885 and will i need the diff drop and uca with that or should i be perfect without uca

I'm rocking 5100s all around with OME 885 Springs (no top plates) and a 2" AAL.

I'm getting a little over 3"...if you go this route you'll need new UCAs

i was thinking of setting them to .85 with ome springs with the aal will i need the uca still yet

dude you'll be pushing 4" like that...thus eliminating all your down travel and yes, you'll need after market UCAs for any lift over 2.5"

how about leaving the stock height with the 5100 billies and juhs putting the ome coils and aal

I couldn't be happier with the set up man. With UCAs, new hardware, shocks and blah blah blah it was around 1100

I got the majority of the stuff from http://www.toyteclifts.com

Get your 5100s from down south motor sports though....they have great customer service and offer us TW Members a discount :)

at first I did...but i'm running after market wheels now because I need a deeper backspacing to clear the tires i'm gonna run (285/75/16)! The largest tires you can fit on stock wheels without rubbing the UCAs are a 265/75/16 or equivalent. You can run wheel spacers though...alot guys around here run SpiderTracs in a 1.25".

Heres a link for you

KalamaKid 05-01-2011 01:59 AM

Get the UCA's when you get the cash! It'll make the ride so much better!
