body lift question...help

    3inch ready lift, tint, foglights,BHLM,dumped exh,rims,tires, and a dent in the bumper
    I have an 08 5lug with a readylift currently installed ..i wanna add a 2-3 in body lift but don't want my shifter to be lower..how can I make this wrk? Could I get an old floor shifter w a little more length installed ? Please help
