PICS: Where can I buy this top strut bushing from?

After buying my truck from previous owner I removed his spacer lift and installed 5100's up front. However I don't have the upper bushing and washer for the top bolt which holds the shock and coil together. Makes a thud noise when suspension fully extends when bouncing off a bump. I know it is not healthy.

Does anyone know where I can buy from? Canada preferably, but not critical - I can wait an extra week.

Toytec has a replacement bushing/washer kit. I wouldn't drive with out the bushing and washer. With out them, it could mess up your shock and top plate. I saw a picture on here a while back that the strut was loose and would move back and forth eating into the top plate. It looked like someone had started to saw the top plate in half from the middle out.

That must be for the whole top plate assembly. I have seen 1st gen top plates on eBay for half that, but not sure if they came with the bushings.

 

It comes to about $75/side for all the cushions and retainers just for the top of the shock. Below and above the top plate. I went in their and specified the ones i wanted as the guy over the fone didn't really have a clue and just wanted to order them all
