Just purchased a new 2011 and ordered Icon extended travel fronts, Total Chaos UCAs, Icon rear leaf pack and 5100s for the rear. I have done lifts on my Fj and never had any of the stated "vibration" issues so now I am pondering whether or not keeping everything stock. I thought about ordering a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit and 3 degree axle shims as well just in case but I dont know if I want to deal with that issue on my brand new truck. Is it that big of an ordeal to get rid of the vibes and correct the angles?

Lift it first and see if you even have any of the vibe issues before you start messing around with the shims.

I've messed around with my suspension quite a bit and have not had any of the vibe issues at all.

When I first installed my Icons up front, I had minor vibes that were solved once the front settled

I have the same lift as you OP and had minor vibrations, that nearly went away with the carrier bearing drop. Its still there but barely noticeable. I wouldn't worry about it too much
