Does any one have any pointers for removing the front bearing dust caps.

I spent about 1/2 an hour trying to wedge a screw driver between the dust cap and the wheel bearing housing and no luck. I also tried going at it with a set of channel locks.. now it looks like a a dog has been chewing on my dust caps.

Any pointers out there would be great.

    Thanks.

I used to use rubber mallets on my other vehicles and just whack it a couple times. Its a thought, but I'm guessing the prescribed method above is better :)
