New to this forum. Just bought a 1996 2WD Tacoma SX model with 29,000 miles. Shocks are original and completely worthless and I'd like to raise it a bit. I've had some correspondence with Rancho about a "Quick Lift" for the front and they've given me part numbers, but I know nothing about lifting a truck. I will only use this vehicle for very light hauling and would simply like to make it look a bit better. Tires and wheels will remain as is.

Blocks in rear, or just the shocks that Rancho suggested, or something else?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
