I was wondering what set up I would need to run 5125's on my 01 prerunner? Is there anything comparable for a similar price? I'm looking for maximum travel without having to cut into the bed and I don't want it to lift the truck very much, is that even possible? thanks.

You can run an 8 and an 8.5" travel 5125 with stock suspension.
A 9.25 is what we use on a 3" lift.
Anything longer and you'll need to limit the up travel so you don't bottom out the shocks.
An /\ frame mounting is popular and gives great travel numbers but decreases the dampening effect of the shocks.

What would you suggest with a 2" lift?
    Thanks

    ^ Bilstein 5125 series

    * be sure they come with 1/2" hour glass end bushings
as they were originally mfgr'd to fit chevys 5/16" or sumthun
often the original bushings may need be pressed out and replaced.

Wheeler's Off Road sells them with the correct bushings I believe.
There's probably others... if a search is done, questions are asked.
