Vibration after toytec aal and 5100 install

Hey Guys

Any advice on this? Installed AAL and 5100's. Vibration between 70-75 mph. Installed carrier bearing drop kit, no effect still Vibration.
I have a 12 Dbl Cab TRD.

No advice, but definitely watching since I have a box of 5100s and a Toytec AAL sitting in my garage.

Did you get an alignment check after you put the 5100s in the front?

I have the same issue in a 2011. My fix was to remove the over load spring. I don't like it with out and will be putting the spring back on soon. Thinking about trying shims next.

Did you do the AAL in addition to TSB or without?

Vibration

I put on the aal Wo the tsb. My dealer gave me such a hassle that I just bought the aal. Got my truck aligned right after I installed the shocks and aal. Vibration was there right from the start. Had it back twice to the suspension shop and everything checks out. I'm going to put in the shims get it aligned again. Vibe still there the aal is coming out and I'll deal with it being stock or fight for the tsb.

Try the carrier bearing drop kit first. Alot easier to install than the shims. If that doesn't work then try shims.

Is it a steady vib or a pulsing vibration? Start simple and check your wheels and tires and make sure they are on/balanced correctly. Sounds dumb but you eliminating the smaller things before you go major is more pocket friendly. I have the Toytec ULK on my 12 double cab and noticed a slight pulsing in the front left, turns out my tire is slightly out of shape (apparently that's common with M/T's) once it warms up it rides just fine. If you've tried all the little things, then I would say go with the shims, I have them on mine and no vibs, then try the front diff drop. Those are the only things I have on mine that you don't on yours. Either way good luck.

I originally installed with the over load in. At ~40 and ~60 mph I got a steady vib. Added the bearing drop and it lessened. Removed the over load and kept the drop and it lessened but never went away. The back end is to low with out he over load so it's going back in. May try to drop the bearing again or shim. Have not decided. Will by Friday when I have time to work on it.
