Camburg install HELP!

So I bought 05-14 camburg 2.5s off craigslist, they are made for my truck which is an 06, I got my stock coil out, the 19mm bolt that secures the bottom of the strut, does not fit into the camburg spacers on the bottom of the coil over, the stock bolt Is barely bigger, what do I do

 

See if you can get the spacer out. Either get new ones machined or find a suitable replacement. Might be hard though I don't know what you would call it if you tried to go to fastenal or something

 

I think they sell different bushing spacers don't they?

 

The spacers pop out no problem

 

does have different sized bushing spacers for those coilovers? because the stock bolt is to thick by millimeters
