Lift safe for truck?

    Is the 2.75" ReadyLift on a 5 lug with 245/70R16's or so going to stress, wear, or damage my suspension components? I'm thinking about doing it for a bit of clearance and a better look, but I don't want to risk messing up my awesome truck. :)
