bed liner

Ok so i have a problem with the bolts that hold down the bed..The two closet to the cabin of the truck are loose and are sticking about half inch up..I tried to tighten them and one of i can,it still comes lose but the other one i just cant...I had two body shops try and they said i would to cut the bolt and take off the bed and put a new bolt in..Does anyone know a easier way to do fix that bolt

 

I'd take it to the dealership and have them fix it. Free. What could be easier?

 

Ya but i dont have warranty anymore..I have 63k

 

we tried to pull them out..only one comes out and the other wont move at all..I cant tighten it or loosen it..

 

Have you tried using the proper bit and a cheater/breaker bar?
