Ya dude I just had a pro comp 6in installed last month by 4 wheel parts, it cost me 4800 exactly, I am pretty happy with it, but I would like to upgrade to some coilovers and new UCA's, if u do a 6in u will have to get a minimum of 18in wheel since the tacoma is VSC equipped, I am running Mickey Thompson MTZ tires 275/70/18

Totally custom straight pipe exhaust sourced from an 01 Cummins (fabbed up by yours truly), ScanGaugeII, Westin Bull Bars, air horns, Truxedo tunneau, Black decals, Black rotors, black calipers, Secondary Air filter removal, reengineered dirtbike hauler, auxillary back up lights, blacked out tail lights, socked by Sockmonkey, blacked out hi-stop, TRD stickers (+300hp :) Owens Running Boards, Greek flag shifter, Garmin Nuvi 755w GPS, Cobra 25ltd CB with a 4' fiberglass whip... and never paid anyone nuttin to do it.
good eye Trey... after we installed a Rough Country 3 inch on a Jeep, one of the idiots installed the sway bar backwards, which threw alignment outta wack, and when everything was back together, to go in a straight line the steering wheel had to be turned upside-down... talk about a pissed off customer.

And why have anyone else install your lift and tires?

Ok, my name's Nathan. I have a silver 2009 Crew Cab. I was looking into 6 inch lift kits. So besides the kit, what other expenses do I have to spend in order to make it functional (besides installation).

I was thinking I need a 6 inch lift, minimum 33 inch tires, but what else is needed?

I just bought a 2010 Tacoma and oredered a 6" pro comp stage 1. I did a lot of research before I ordered my new wheels to go with it and talked to a lot of people, including pro comp themselves, and everybody said you need to run 18" rims to clear the VSC.

we have an 09 Taco 4x4 TRD Sport. Just bought a 6" Pro Comp. originally planned on 17's, but am now finding out that only 18s will work? Are there spacers to install so 17s fit on the 6"? If so, anyone know the size and where to buy?
