In a 3 leaf-spring assembly, how may pieces are there? 3 tapered pieces with a shorter straight one on the bottom , or is the straight piece counted as well?

I alway count ALL of them.

From factory - most 4wd trucks have the 2 main leafs plus overload (total of 3).

The TSB springs have 3 main leafs plus overload (total of 4).
