no, but I doubt you would pass emissions in L.A.

I have heard that the y-pipe is pretty easy to install and you could replace with stock items when you need to get tested.

thats exactly what im thinking bout doing. i wanna get a y-pipe to replace the stock so i dont get jacked, then when it comes to testing time i can just bolt back on the stock y-pipe to pass. but im stuck between the y-pipe and the pipe bomb. does the resonators of the pipe bomb slow down the flow at all as compared to a more straight through open style of the urd y-pipe??

Keep in mind that a dealership will have a massive markup, sometimes 10X the acctual cost for a part. They gotta pay the managers thier massive salary..

Los Angeles around 1:00 am near Culver City. I heard something but did not check, started the car this morning and I knew right away what happened. My Question is do these CatClamps http://www.americanweldinginc.com/catclamp.asp
    and CatCuff http://www.catcuff.com/Installed_CATCUFF_Photos.html work?
Seems like the thieves are just going to cut around this stuff. I would like to leave my truck as stock as possible and revenge jokes about this gang (killing/maiming etc.) are not really the answer. I am pretty sure I will get hit again so I'm not sure what to do. It looks like a full belly pan is really the answer, sadly.

Im not able to request video camera's only the officer that filed my police report can. I have spoken with the Walmart Manager and head of security they cant give me anything. Having a Video of the criminal isnt gonna get me money back, only if they catch him which rarely happens.

What a lowly job Walmart Security must be. God forbid they do something good and let you see the vid.
The cops never goona watch it.

On a personal note, I don't shop at Walmart. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for including no health benefits for thier employees. A major corporation that doesn't have any bene's. How sickly American.

they do have health benefits. They are also evil. I used to shop there, but now I've decided that I'm smug enough to look down on those people. :p
