The check engine light on my 1998 4 cylinder Toyota Tacoma came on. I noticed that when I turn the engine on (cold start) it idles rough (either very slow or very high). When I put the OB2 reader on the code P0115 comes up. If you pull off the temperature-sending unit it idles right and does not read the code.
What can I try next to fix the problem?

Anything to help point me in the right direction will help. Thank you!
