4x4 Tcase Clarification

In the tcase there are hi & lo gears, and in the front diff there is a ring gear matching the rear diff ring gear. I know the front/rear wheels travel at different speeds when Im in 4lo, but what about 4hi? Do the front/rear wheels travel at identical speeds when Im in 4hi?

The wheels travel at the same speeds all the time. The case power both axles at the same time with either high or low the range selected.
