Has anyone heard of a ticking noise coming from the heater blower? It's most noticeable on low speed. I pulled the cab filter out, cleaned it and checked inside the blower cage.(tight to get into)

same problem. took it to the dealer and they replaced the blower motor. it then happened again and got replaced. both times the sound vanished. what's that sound? "tick tick tick"

I get a low "whir" at the higher speeds, but never a 'tick' noise. I assume the whir is normal?

Still trying to get that GD glovebox buzz cleaned up

So how long does this fix usually take? Will it be a leave it at the dealer for a day or two? Or can they do this while I wait? Shit is driving me crazy! After seeing this on TW I thought to myself I'm sure glad mine doesn't do that. A couple months ago it started, now It does it almost constantly.
