abs?

    My 1 wk old 06 tac 4X4 brake pedl trav. a little bit low unless i pump ,also there is a sound as if my abs is adjusting is this normal? this is my first truck

    I sometimes hear my abs when I first start out. Its been so long and I have gotten use to it that I do not even notice it anymore. The sound is hard to describe.
    I do not know if this is what you are referring too.
    As far as pedal travel, mine have always seemed to be a little soft or fade like too even since I bought it new in 07.
    Anyhow here is a bump so maybe more folks may chime in.
