Check your tires for rocks stuck in the tread. Usually the problem. At higher speeds the sound is at a higher frequency and the road noise drowns it out.

If the clicking varies with speed, I'd check for rocks (etc.) stuck in the tires for starters.

It stops after 20 mph and I've noticed it's at worst when I make a turn then correct the wheel it happens the most sometimes mid turn. And sometimes going over bumps.

Its hard to distinguish if it's coming from front or back. Maybe everything just needs a good greasing?

Bump!
I greased my one zerk on my replaced universal joint and noise continues. Could it be a wheel bearing or something with suspension maybe ?
