Single drive shaft. Ya-Nay?

    There has been some discussion on this topic. But can someone tell me why you would want one. If there the way to go. Why are the stock drive shafts two pieces. Thanks.

    The single piece one is mainly to correct driveshaft vibrations you get from lifting the truck and hence changing the angle of the shaft. The 2 piece is prone to vibrate if the angle is changed too much because the carrier bearing crossmember is weak. The one piece is probably a stronger driveshaft anyway. hope this helps
