TSB done in 48hrs.

I called the 800# on wed. Told them the truck was bottoming out & seam to have a harsh ride w/ 400 lbs. in bed. He said he will notify service mgr. @ dealer & will call me. Within 4 hrs that same day he called & said bring it in & he will look at it. Fri. morn. took it in & just play dumb. He said he remembers seeing a TSB for harsh ride & will look into it. I went hm. & printed out TSB just incase. 4 hrs. later i get a call w/ good news my old springs were replaced w/ new 4 leaf springs , he called them hevey duty. I couldnt believe it, he had them in stock. Wow! what a diff. ride a little stiffer & truck sits little higher in back. but i love it. Everybody needs to get this done.
