Strange vibration/growling sound when 4h is engaged.

    6" pro-comp, 33 mt toyos,
    I have a 06 taco with 6" pro-comp and blstn shocks , when 4 h is engaged I get a vibration/growling sound from the front end, usually over 20 mph, it mainly does it when i release the gas but it will sometimes do it at a steady speed. the vibration/growling is not constant even does just going straight. is my dif going out or is my axles at a bad angle. I am lost on this one. thanks for your time
