'02 Dash Rattle

I now drive my 2nd '02...both came with a dash rattle (seems like from the passenger/windshield area). I found a TSB dealing with it on the NHTSA site, but how do I actually see the TSB so I can attempt to fix it myself ? Anybody know ? I can't be the only one if there is a TSB on it. Driving me crazy. Thanks.

 

As far as the dash rattle is common mine does it but i almost got it gone , all you do its stuff peices of rubber or rubber tube in between the dash and the windshield.

 

Thanks. I did that with my old one. Used a black eraser. It did work most of the time. I would just love to fix it once and for all. Toyota knows what is causing it, I want to see that TSB., any Toyota mechanics out there ?
