Help with lack of power to engine

Before i deployed recently my truck registered a P0010 code I had my bro take it to the dealer and they fixed it saying it was an oil sending unit. After The truck ran great for two trips one to the house from the dealer and one to the store, when my brother started it at the store it lost all power and wouldnt excelerate past 30 mph.
He took it back to toyota a second time and they said the catalytic converters were bad and that there was low volts to bank 1 and bank 2. I am going to speek with them on the phone tomorrow and find out exact codes just wanted some input.
I am thinking that they forgot to re connect something or there is a vacuum leak or MAF problem, any advice would help.

 

Please let me know what you find out! I have bad mpgs and I know its related to vacuum and or computer problems... I have rest the computer on it and it runs good for a day then returns to shit...

 

I'm gonna call tomorrow and speak with them, I'm thinking they unplugged my maf and forgot to re connect it.
To me it sounds like you might want to clean your maf

 

If your MAF was unplugged it would not run. I had mine in backwards once and it wouldnt start. I have cleaned mine out using MAF cleaner... still sucks. I know it must be a vacuum issue since it runs even worse with the A/C on. It also shudders a little when im breaking at a light. I know its not my drive line since I shifted it into neutral and would break to a red light and no shuddering was felt. So my conclusion is that some vacuum is messed up...

Air fuel relay? Where did you find this at?

 

It is in your fuse box under the hood its called the air fuel heater relay, try swapping it with your fog relay located in the fuse box might do the trick. Worked for me
