Should i go with getting an electric fan?( If so what company?) or should i just get a fan clutch?( If so after market or oem?) What is happening is the fan blade keeps hitting the pully bolt on the power steering resivour because theres a radiating movement from the clutch to the fan tips. I checked the waterpump pully and it has no play so I think thats fine. also checked my oil today and its on the low marker for reasons i do not know!
