i installed a lockright a few weeks ago. When driving the tranny seems to grind when shifting into second. Im guessing it is doe to excessive backlash caused by the locker.

Any one have any tips to deal with this? It seems better when i shift slow or double clutch...

seems to be a common issue for some reason. i think since there is so much slop the transmission can slow down a bit making it harder for the syncros to "match" the tranny speed to engine speed
