Used Car Checklist (from Popular Mechanics)

Just saw this in the latest issue of Popular Mechanics. Seemed useful for anyone looking to buy a used car and didn't find any posts on it yet so I thought I would throw it out there.

Not bad. Maybe a little overkill but better to be over prepared. I like the jack and flashlight part. Especially for cars that you can't get under. What was the magnet for? (didn't read the whole thing)

Checks for excessive body damage that was fixed with alot of bondo. If it's too thick the magnet won't stick.
