Brake questions.

I have a '99 3.4L 4x4 Tacoma with 120K miles. I just changed the front brake pads for the fourth time, but when I checked the rear brake shoes they showed no sign of wear. I thought it felt like the front brakes are doing all the stopping but now i am sure of it. The e-brake is properly adjusted but when i apply the brakes the rear don't seem to be functioning correctly. I use my truck every day at work making deliveries. Does anybody have any ideas for me to check?

sounds like either you need to get the drums checked to see if they are in spec, or more than likely you need to adjust the rear brakes till the drum is kinda grabbing the brakes shoes when you pull the drum off. let us know what you find out!

drum brakes dont wear out no were the same as disk brakes do. and if these trucks have load level valves then your front brakes are going to be used more
