'loaded' drive shaft fix?

I once read a thread about driveshafts remaining "loaded" when stopped/ stopping. My '03TRD does this and it drives (no pun intended) me nuts and also makes for a rough acceleration. Anyone recall the thread on this topic or know of a fix?
