Thanks but no thanks. Just moved down here from Dallas and was looking for a place that I felt good about having service done. It is a beautiful dealership but my truck has been sitting on the rack over an hour and hasn't been touched. I was told 3 hours for brake flush and tune up and it's been a little over. But the truck hasn't been touched in the last hour. Now the tech is sitting in front of my truck eating his lunch.

Well after 5 hours all is better. They did give me a discount that did make it a little better. Plus another 15% off if I go back for any other service.

i had really bad experience with alamo toyota. ended up speaking with dealership management and let them know that i would never go back.

try cavendar toyota off of 410, ask for cory. all around i've had fantastic service with those guys. i called them asking questions before i lifted my truck; they called me back several times to give me tips and fill me in on questions they couldnt answer right away.
i highly recommend them. great people there.
