Is the FUEL PUMP or something else??

    Don't worry. Buying a used car usually entails changing things that may have gone neglected. Don't think of it as getting ripped off, think of it in a way that you are getting an even BETTER truck than HE did once all of the little maintenance things get done! :)

    I had the 3.4 V6 in the 98. I was always worried about twisting a fuel line due to it being exposed to wet and salt. So I sprayed it first a day or two in advance.

    i believe the pickup came in a 3.0, the tacoma came in a 3.4. im assuming she has a tacoma because of her name, idk

    Oh yeah thats right, Tacoma's never got the 3.0. My bad. if its the 3.4 the filter is below the driver seat.

    and if its the 2.7 its where i said it was last page, its a BITCH, im warning you haha. pissed me off.

    if you have a good swivel socket it will help alot.

    Found the problem, like i thought it was... THE COMPUTER... Junkyards...here i come.

    And yes its the v6 3.4 tacoma.
