spark plug color

Ok so I changed out my spark plugs which where NGK's......I didn't put them in there. I put in Denso 60,000 mile plugs from the dealer.

Here is my question:

ALL 6 plugs looked coco brown from the end of the thread to the resistor tip...........this color just doesn't seem right any thoughts???

In the back of my Haynes book it has pictures of good and bad spark plugs. Yours look normal. Here is the definition of normal wear:

Brown to grayish-tan color and slight electrode wear. Correct heat range for engine and operation conditions.

That's what a normal Toyota spark plug looks like normal plugs should be brownish tan in color witch means the heat range is right and the engine looks to be running normal.

If you undo the bolt on one of the coil packs and pull it out of the engine, look into the hole the coil pack came from you will see the spark plug at the bottom of the hole.
