P0418 Code Help!!!

I have a 06 Tacoma 2.7 4 cyl. I just bought a scanner because I have some issues with the vehicle not being able to pass California smog test. One reason I know of is the seal on the fuel pump housing leaks when I fill up my tank so I need to address that issue. I just put the scanner in the obdii and I got this error code P0418 It relates to the air injection pump. What can I do to fix it myself or at least begin diagnosing the issue?

 

Do not look at the instruments, the pump is needed when it is cold and running for 15-20 seconds, and does not affect the operation of the engine. The price of the dealer $ 1,500. I do not advise buying a used, it is not collapsible, and they can not replace the brush.
