Which option should I go with for a tire gate?

Sell the ATO and buy a different bumper that has one.

They don't get chopped at the tail lights? I thought Jordon's was the same cut as we just did to Joe's

Screw a rear bumper get a locker....so you can actually use the bumper. They are on sale for $800 right now
