98 Tacoma Pre Runner Gear Shifter and Gauge Light

Hi I have a 98 Tacoma Pre Runner that I just purchased used. Pickup is in great condition all around (2WD , 3.4 V6). The issue I have discovered is the gear shift selector does not light up when I turn the lights on for night driving and I've also noticed the gear selection and O/D indicator do not appear on the gauge face either. I went through and checked as well as replaced all of the basic fuses in the kick panel and engine fuse box. Friend mentioned it might be the bulb located inside the shift selector, but that wouldn't affect the O/D and gear indicator on the gauge face would it? Also the lights behind the temperature controls do not light up either. Is this merely a bulb issue? Bad Ground? Maybe a fuse I missed?

Gauge Face, O/D light is bottom center and I believe gear light is top center (neither working)

 

I have the same problem with my 99 Tacoma but mine is only the gearshift indicator light. I looked in the owners manual hoping to get a part number and replace and couldn't find it there either.If any body knows what the part number for this light is please do share.thanks
