starting problem! please help.

So other other day i tried starting my truck and i heard the ignition click and then after that i got nothing. I've taken the battery out and got it checked twice and the first time they have said it just needed a charge. And i've changed out the terminals because the positive had acid all over it. But I've charged the battery and i've tried jumping it and all i get it a really fast dinging when i but the key in the ignition and when i turn it over to accessories my lights will barely come on till i try and start it, then nothing works period.

Any ideas?
