Doing a timing belt replacement on the 99 Tacoma, but I'm not having muck luck getting the crankshaft pulley off. Got it soaking with some wd40 see if that helps, may try some pb blaster tomorrow. Any suggestions?

Around $26,000 worth of unleaded in the fuel tank.
If you have the bolt off you will need a gear puller to get the pulley off. Sears sells them and so does harbor freight. I used an 8" 2 prong puller on a 3.4 last time. Some are just $15 or so. Or you can borrow one from the auto parts store sometimes.

Air tools would help you here.

Did you get the nut off?

I never used a gear puller to get my crankshaft pulley off. I think i just gave it some love taps and wiggled her off. But i did pull hard enough to send it flying into the rad along with my hands. No serious damage, just a nice circle imprint

Air tools are not needed to get the bolt off. Put a breaker bar with a 19mm socket on the crank bolt, lean it against the drivers side frame rail and crank the motor a bit. The bolt will come off easily.
