WTF is bulb grease for? I was at autozone picking up some bulbs to replace the 42 i have burned out on my truck yesterday...i saw it and passed it by...ive changed out bulbs only twice before and never needed any grease...and my bulbs seem to last a decent amount of time...

so anyways i carry my led tails, regular tails in case i dont like the leds, front corners, and headlight bulbs up to the register...and as im checking out...the lady asked me if i needed any bulb grease...and i told her no i was good...and she gave me a funny look and said ok then...and rang me up

    anyways...wtf is it for?

btw...i now have all lights on my truck operational :D

Isn't it like Die-Electric grease. Just to assist in waterproofing the "electrical" connection. We used it all the time when I built police motors.
