The right rear seat belt on my 2007 TRD Sport DC does not stay in the free position. After someone puts it on, it locks up tight. When they move around some, it gets tighter. They can loosen it and let it retract, put it back on and after a few minutes, it locks up tight again. Any DIY suggestions?

Nope. Get it replaced. No user repairs available. Don't mess with it. People's lives are depending on that belt.
