    If you want to save it as a PDF, install "DownThemAll" extension for firefox. Then use it to download all the pdf's from that page. I saved them in order and had it name each file as 1, 2, 3...etc. Then I used "PDFBinder" to combine all the PDFs in order. That will give you the FSM in proper order as a single PDF file, can't email it because it's like 90mb or so. If these instructions don't make sense I can explain better, but it's pretty easy.
