Temp Gauge almost to hot!

Leveling kit, all the plastic, UWS tool box! Don't plan to lift want it to be able to drive daily and work the woods as well!!

Bought my truck in Dec. 2010 and ever since then the gauge is 1/4 way from hot! I know its not normal but I want to check and see if anyone else has diagnosed this problem before! I will check it out tomorrow and start with the cause i hope its not running warm just a bad sending unit!
